Using fresh avocados that aren't fully ripe so still firm, dice them up and toss them in lime juice. Dice red onions, roma tomatoes, jalapenos, and minced celery (for texture). 1 ...Zucchini and Avocado Salad Recipe<br />Ingredients:<br /><br />1 pound of zucchini<br />1 garlic clove, minced<br />1 large Mexico avocado<br />2 ½ cups of water<br />12 stuffed green olives<br />4 sprigs of watercress, for garnish<br />6 tablespoons of olive oil<br />2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar<br />2 teaspoons of salt<br />1 teaspoon of sugar<br />Lettuce leaves<br />Pinch of dried tarragon<br />Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.<br /><br />Preparation Instructions:<br /><br />Wash the zucchinis, then trim off the ends and cut into slices ½-inch thick.<br />Bring the water to the boil and add the zucchini slices and 1 tsp of the salt.<br /><br />Cook and cover for 5 minutes.<br /><br />Drain the zucchini and set aside in a bowl.<br /><br />In a cup, mix together 1 teaspoon of salt, sugar, the minced garlic, dried tarragon, black pepper, white wine vinegar and olive oil to produce the dressing.<br /><br />Pour the dressing over the zucchini and mix thoroughly. Instead ...We most often make tacos on a fry bread. <br />Instead of a shell, it's a thicker, flat fried dough base, with all the toppings piled high and happy. <br /><br />For the dough:<br />3 cups flour<br />1 Tbsp baking powder<br />1 Tsp. salt<br />1/8 Tsp pepper<br />1/8 Tsp cumin<br />1 1/2 cups warm water<br /><br />Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl. Sift or stir this together.<br />Add the "warm" water to this mixture and stir until all the dry ingredients are mixed well.<br />Put oil on your hands; remove dough from bowl and knead until the dough is smooth.<br />When the dough is smooth & soft, rub oil over the top of your dough.<br />Place back into the bowl, cover with a dry cloth & let rest for "20" minutes.<br />Begin heating your oil<br />Press dough into small circles.<br />Drop circles into the hot grease until golden brown, then turn over until golden brown on the other side as well.<br /><br />For the toppings:<br /><br />Prepare your favorite method of taco meat (gr. beef, chicken, or turkey). 1 clove of garl...Ingredients:<br />1 large ripe avocado.<br />1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped.<br />1 green chili, chopped.<br />2 ½ oz of cream cheese.<br />3 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves.<br />1 tablespoon of lemon juice.<br />½ teaspoon of salt.<br />¼ teaspoon of ground cumin.<br /><br />Preparation Instructions:<br />Slice the avocado into two lengthway and remove the stone.<br /><br />Scoop out the flesh and put into a food processor with all other ingredients except the cumin.
