Can't Beat the Beco

I have seen Beco's....
Heard of Beco's....
Looked at Beco's...
but until this week have never TRIED one.

Baby SNAZZ loves the Beco's so much that they decided to let me review one as well (Incase you missed it our other review mama Jaymi already reviewed the Beco... and loved it as well. Read her review HERE)

Beco!I must say that before trying this carrier I expected it to be the same as my other Structured Carriers...

It isnt though.
An Ergo is comfortable... a Patapum is comfortable... but there is something about the Beco that is extra special.

There is a feature on this carrier that I think some may be unaware of. Its a center piece they called the butterfly... it actually clips to the straps of the carrier.... allowing you to stick your baby into the carrier before ever putting it on.

Once the baby is secured in the carrier you can place them onto your front or back like a back pack.

This is soooo nice for those moms who cant seem to master the "balance on the back" technique.

Buy It: Besides just being incredibly easy and comfortable to use... its so fashionable. With fun beautiful fabrics each mom can find one to fit their personality and taste. Check out the Beco 1.0 line over at BabySNAZZ.

A Simple Coupon: With the already discounted Beco's you can use the coupon "simple5" for another 5% off your purchase (purchase must be over $40.00)

Win It: I know.. I know... we already gave away one.. well guess what you get to try your go at another! This giveaways is a little different though. We've had lots of ladies commenting who really desperately need certain items... so rather than just opening this up for anyone to say "ow pick me!" we wanted to get to know a little bit more about some of our readers. SO! In order to win this Beco we would love it if you'd do 2 things for us :-)

  • 1. Write a short paragraph as a comment (nothing to lengthy as we will have lots to go through)... Tell us why you really want a Beco...

  • 2. Go to the Baby SNAZZ site and at the end of your comment list what beco fabric you loved the most.

The winner will get the beco they list on their comment :-)
and we will list the bloggers entry as well for others to read.

Win It 2?!: Baby SNAZZ is also hosting a Beco giveaway on their site... so you can go check them out HERE and sign up for two chances to win a Beco. Their giveaway ends Oct. 31st

Giveaway Ends Oct. 27th
Winner will be submitted to Prizey Fetch

  1. I've been wanting to try a Beco for a while. Jasper never liked slings much and wants to be carried upright... all of the time! He's almost 15 months and 24 lbs and I am so tired of carrying him in one arm.

My favorite Beco prints are the jack or morgan skullies!

  2. I would love to win the Beco carrier to use with our little boy we are adopting from Russia. It would be handy for traveling with him (we are in Russia for a couple weeks more after we get custody of our little boy). It would help to encourage him to attach to us as his parents and it would also help to keep him calm when we are in scary new settings (like the airplane or busy stores).

I love the Jacob print for our Beco.

  3. I would love to win the Beco Carrier because my son Jack is 26 lbs and LOVES to be carried. I also have a 3 1/2 year old that this would be perfect for too, when we go hiking and or when we are out and she gets tired of walking. I love that this carrier can hold up to 45 lbs.` I have looked at the Beco many times and know it would suit our needs very well.

I love it in the Allison print.

  4. Why do I need a Beco? Well, with Rowan I never knew the luxury of carrying my child close to me. With Bria, I discovered the babywearing love, and I really want to continue. She is not too fond of the Mei Tai that I made, and the ring sling tends to get hard on my shoulder after a while. The soft structured carriers are a luxury that I cannot afford on my own, and I would love to try one :)

    My favorite print is Allison.

  5. Hi,
Grace still loves to be held at 30 months.

This riding on the hip with no support for a 49 year old (yeah, had her late in life) makes me feel a bit off kilter! I have to do lots of yoga to get me back into alignment.

We did use a parenting concepts sling early on, and I do have a rebozo, but alas, that takes a degree in boy scout knot knowledge to do!

I like the color Chocolate Brown, as those are the colors I'm using to make some playclothes.

Thank you for the giveaway opportunity.

  6. Well I don't really have a sob story BUT I will soon have three children under three years old! I currently have 19 month old twins and soon I'll be adding to the pack with a baby due in January. I honestly wonder how I would manage to get out of the house with out a baby carrier! Right now I have a Mei Tai that I love but I'm just not good at the whole back carry and I hear this is the way to go for that.

If I were to win I would choose carnival, I've been eyeing it since my twins were 6 months old.

    Thanks!

  7. I would really love a Beco because I desperately need to have my hands free when out and about :) Our kids ages are 4 ½, 3 ½, two next month, and our new little man is due any day now. With our kids being so young it’s really hard for me to make sure everyone is holding on to someone while walking through a parking lot or mall. It’d even be great to be able to play with the older ones while wearing the baby :)
I also love the Sara print!
Ya’ll always have the best giveaways!
    Thank you,
    Anna :)

  8. Being a new SAHM and having 3 kids ages 8, 3 and 3 months we can't afford much, I love the idea of babywearing, we just don't have the extra cash to buy a carrier right now.

I love the look of the espresso

  9. I've wanted a BECO ever since I tried one on at a NINO meeting when my second ds was a newborn. I found them to be SO comfy and easier to use than some of the others.
It's not always been in our price range. (though I know it's worth the cost)

I'd love to have it to use with my 18 month old (he is only 20 pounds;), plus we do hope to have at least 1 or 2 more babies, God willing. :)

I'd probably opt for the Espresso BECO, if given the chance. :)
    Thanks for the opportunity!

  10. As the mom of two under 29 months and another one on the way, I'm a bit shy about baby-wearing, but just need the push to get me in the right direction so I can have my hands free for more on the carpet time with my babies. With our budget, the Beco would be a great alternative to a triple stroller =)
Since my kids are named Jack and Abby, I like both those prints, of course!
    Best,

  11. Why do I want (need) a Beco? Well, I am a mom of 4 kids that are 7 and under and have never had a structured carrier. I could actually put my 3 year old or my 1 year old in this and not much else can do that for me. This would mean that I wouldn't have to take in a stroller in order to go to things like Christmas tree lane. I could even carry the baby outside with me while I am getting things done since she could go on my back. As a homeschooling mom of 4 who is at church 4 days a week, at homeschool choir for the older 2, and writes for 5 blog, I need every bit of help I can get. So please fell sorry for me and give me a Beco;). Please!
(PS I am in a MOPS group and we have never seen these before so it would be great advertising for Becos)
I really like the carnival print.

  12. Why do I want a beco?? Well my dd is ALWAYS wanting to be held. Its so hard for me to hold her all the time and get things done with just 1 arm. This would really help me out. Also we would love to have more children and I could use it with them also. I love the Avery print!

  15. The Beco Carrier looks wonderful for my niece. They are a young family,on a very tight budget and no vehicle so walking is the means of transportation. I think my niece would like the Jacob pattern.

  16. I want a Beco because I think that their features are so well-thought out and actually take into account all the things we, as parents, need. Such as the Inside Panel which allows you to switch the baby from one person to another without taking the baby out of the carrier, genius. We are (in 5 days) going to be the parents of 2 babies under 16 months and need all the help we can get getting these kids from point A to point B.
I like the Jacob print the best!

  17. I would love to try the Beco with my daughter. I have never been able to master the sling very well, so I mostly carried her in a wrap, but the material is very stretchy so she is too heavy for it now. The Beco seems to be balanced on both shoulders as well as very sturdy. I love the Anaya pattern.

  18. I'm trying to figure out how I'll balance a little one in my busy life. Couple that with the enormous benefit I believe babies get from being carried so close to their mother, and I think Beco is a perfect solution. As boring as it sound (I do love the other patterns too), I like the simplicity of the metro black fabric.

  19. I am a stay at home mom to two boys, ages 4 and 2 with a third boy due in early November. I know that I will use a carrier for my new little guy every. single. day.

We live in a townhome and our car is not super close to our house. I think most of the time, it will be easier to carry the baby in a carrier to the car rather than the car seat. If I am to do that, I need something that is truly hands free. Ring slings and pouches are great, but a lot of times, you feel like you have to keep one hand on the baby for safety. I won't have a hand available! When we go anywhere, I joke about how I am the donkey who schleps all the supplies around. And now I will add a baby and another bag! With differing nurseries, everyone needs their own bag for church.

Also, we will be travelling to a famly wedding in January. An airport with a 4, 2, and newborn!

We just don't have the money to be able to spend $100 plus dollars on a carrier. Thanks for considering me!

I really like the Avery pattern.

  20. I decided against wearing my first and in fact, returned the sling I got as a gift. How dumb! With #2- I've been slinging him since birth and we love it! He's such a happy baby that I recommend babywearing to everyone. It's so much easier doing everything when I'm wearing him-especially since DS1 doesn't want to ride in the cart anymore since he's a "big" boy. Now that DS2 is getting bigger, the sling is getting harder to do. I'd love to use a Beco but just can't afford the added expense right now.
I would love to get Avery.

  23. I would LOVE to have a Beco because I have a very active 2 1/2 yr old as well as a very heavy (97th percentile!!) 6 month old who I wear pretty much all day long in order to keep her close while chasing around with big sister. I have a bad back/hips but it is very important to me to wear my babies so I don't take days off from wearing unless I am in serious pain. I am always hoping to find a more comfy carrier.
    My fav fabric is Carnival.

    I like the Trinity pattern.

  27. I would love to win a Beco for baby #2 due this summer. I've tried a couple different carriers/slings, but haven't found one that I LOVE yet. This would be a great opportunity to try out the Beco and I know I'll be needing something to help me carry around our next little darling while I'm chasing around our 2 year old!

  29. I love taking my kids everywhere and its hard holding hands and chasing them down here, there and everywhere....and my arms start to hurt and get irritated and tired and that takes the fun out of any adventure. I would love to have this so we can hang out and shop at the farmers market and flea market, and anywhere- even just walking...if I am happier, so are they and they can see the world from my view..ok sounds corny but they need to see things and experience things to, even at a young age things process. I figure more would get done becuse less arm rearranging or resting time and alot more bonding going on. Love the sophia.

  36. The Beco is the ultimate carrier. At least that is what I keep hearing. I'd love to have a chance to try one out with my nieces. Both are getting bigger and it's getting harder to carry them around each day. They often insist on being carried.

A carrier is a must for the youngest when we go shopping. She rarely walks but is almost always at a run so shopping with her is very difficult.

My favorite beco is the Sara

  40. I love the fact that you can put your child in the carrier BEFORE putting it on. My family has gotten used to watching our 'balancing' act to get our son in the sling, but it did take them a bit to get over the scared nature of the baby possibly falling during this procedure. This would definitely take the worry out. It would be nice to have an alternative to the sling - especially for my husband! The 'Cherry' fabric is my fav! Thanks!

  43. I would really like to try a Beco because my mei tai works so well, but I just can't get the hang of the back carry. I really like how my daughter is snuggled up to me in a natural position and how the mei tai distributes her weight so well over my hips, back, and shoulders. I think that the Beco would give me the same benefits but would be much easier to get on my back. Becos also look like they are smaller and easier to pack in a diaper bag than soft structured carriers like the Ergo. Not to mention that the Beco fabrics are so beautiful. I really like the River fabric.

  44. I would love to win this Beco carrier because my mother in law is going to be my caregiver for the baby while I'm at work and she needs to be hands free because of the stroke she had 5 years ago. She has problems w/balance and needs to use her arms to grab on to walls/furniture etc. Hands free is a MUST for her!

    My fav print: the Sara.

  45. I would honestly be thrilled to win a Beco carrier. I have a 16 month old son as well as a 3 month old little girl. I'm never really able to go out alone and do my shopping because its a struggle to juggle both kids without the help. Aslynn loves to be carried and snuggled and just loves to be close to you.

I know that this carrier would help me out a ton in be able to get all those things done.

My favorite Beco print is the Allison.

  48. I would love to win this, and I think it would help me immensely, with my 2 year old. I am not a big fan of strollers, and honestly, either is he. He loves piggy back rides, however is not very good at holding on! I am expecting our second child pretty soon, whom I plan on babywearing as well. My 2 year old may get a little jealous of me babywearing his little brother so much, so it would be nice to have something he could actually fit into. Thanks for the opportunity!

  49. These are great looking carriers that have many distinguishing features. I love that you can put the baby in and then strap it on. While other carriers are comfortable, this feature would allow for easier use and would alleviate the need for assistance from another person. My favorite pattern is the Metro black one so that it will coordinate with more clothing that the parents wear and it is gender neutral so that the hubby will not be to embarrassed to wear it!.

  50. The reason I would love to win a Beco is because I have a 16 pound 4 month old who doesn't like to be put down. I bought a sling prior to giving birth but my little one hates it, not to mention it kills my shoulders and neck. I love the thought of being able to do things with both hands instead of only using one hand and having my daughter in the other. I also love the fact that it can hold up to 45 pounds which means we could get a lot of use out of it. I would love, love, love to win the Carnival Print.

And the reason I would love to win one, is because I am the mom to 5 boys, work part time, and there are not enough hours in the day to keep up on the house. With my 7 month old crawling, having this would help soo much with getting the chores done.

  52. I am a huge fan of baby wearing. Right now DD is in the Peanut Shell and I am interested in other slings. The Beco looks like an amazing sling that I would love to use with DD. If I won, I would like the Sara print, it is really pretty.

  54. Ok, I will admit it...Im a complete neat freak. BUT, having a curious and messy 13 month old around has put a cramp on my neatness. God love my sweet little girl. As much as I love cleaning, she loves making a mess. She also loves, loves, loves to be held. CONSTANTLY. And I love holding her. But, I also like for my house to be clean.

With the Beco, we could both be happy. She could make the mess; I could hold her, and the house could be clean. It's the solution to all of our problems; a one stop shop, "why didnt i think of that product..."!

Unlike the Bjorn, it looks comfy and sturdy. And I love that you can wear it on your back!

If I am the lucky winner, I would love the Jacob fabric. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  60. I'd really love to win a Beco for several reasons. First I love that it is ajustable for shorter moms. I own an expensive popular brand front carrier that fits me poorly because I'm short...bummer. I also like that it has curved shoulder straps as that is where I have the most discomfort while wearing a carrier. My favorite part is that it can carry up to 45 lbs...holy moly! I don't know if I'd carry a 45 lber but it's cool that it can! I also love that it carries baby on the back...Now that my son is older he is actually "in my face" when in my carrier.
I love the Sara print! Thanks!

  61. This Beco looks so comfortable. I only have a Mai Tai but would love to try something new. I've heard a lot of great things about them. So pick me!! My Little Lou would love it. She getting so big, so in order to carry her for long periods of time this is what i need.

    I choose the Allison print!

  62. This looks fabulous! I have 2 under 2 - a VERY squirmy 18 month old...I can get him on my back, but you better believe he won't stay there for me to strap him in to my mei tei!

  63. I co-lead a babywearing group in our city that is exploding and I would use the butterfly to teach moms to find the babywearing love. We get emails several times a week from moms who need help, this would help me to help them. I love the river pattern...

  64. The Beco looks like the solution to my commuting problem. I pick up my son at daycare and have to hike to the bus stop with him. He's almost 2, so too heavy to carry but too big for the sling and too slow/distractable to walk (and actually make the bus on time!).

The Beco (in Jacob fabric) would solve this problem, I think!

    ReplyDelete
  65. I'm so glad you wrote about the snap-in feature since I didn't know that about the Beco. #2 is on her way this winter and I was planning on using my old Mei Tai for her but that backpack feature is making the Beco really tempting! I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to do the gymnastics that were required to get a baby on my back in the MT with a toddler jumping around and hanging on me.

As for the fabrics, they are all beautiful but Carnival is my favorite.

  66. What a neat carrier! I have been keeping my eyes open for a good carrier. We are in the process of adopting from Ethiopia - we have 3 biological children of our own (5, 4, & 18mos) and feel lead to adopt. Financially we haven't figured out how we're going to make this adoption work..which is why I love great contests like these, to find the things we need!
Attachment is a HUGE issue with adopting, which is why we need a good carrier. Holding an adopted child helps them bond to their new parents. I would love the 'River' style Beco. Thanks for introducing me to such a neat product!

  68. I have used various pouches and slings with my son, but he is getting too big and wiggly to carry in most of them. I would really like to start wearing him on my back which would be great for walks around the neighborhood and trips to the farmer's market.

I tried putting him on my back with my Mei tai, but he had two handfuls of hair before I could get all my long straps criss-crossed and tied. That the Beco has buckles would make wrangling him much easier!

    I love the Morgan print!

  69. I could really use the Beco carrier because I'm about to have my hands full! I'm expecting my third baby in December, while number 2 is still too small to walk very far. He's also far too hard to keep from wandering off. Our daily walks, shopping, etc. are going to be rather difficult without some means of wearing the new baby, since the toddler still needs to sit in the stroller/shopping cart. My old sling has seen it's better days, and it's extremely uncomfortable for me now. I would love to have this carrier in the Aubrey pattern.

  70. Ive never heard of the Beco before, but it looks great. My son has gotten to heavy for me to carry around in the Bjorn, and he is teething and is very grumpy unless held... and my arms are killing me! I would love to be able to buy one but I am having no luck in the job search.

I really like the Allison print.

  71. I have an 8 month old and he really enjoys being in his Baby Bjorn. The only problem is that it only supports a child up to 22 lbs and he is already 21 lbs. I have been looking at other carriers and the Beco looks awesome! I would love to be able to win it so that I can tell all of my friends how wonderful it is. They usually look to me for new product ideas!!

I love the Organic Joey print :) THANKS

  72. I am having my 4th baby this Friday and I have a sling but its getting old. I am interested in a second babywearing option especially since all of my babies start out big and grow fast so something that is easier on my back would be great!
I am having a girl and would LOVE the Carnival print, I like that its with brown instead of black.

  73. I would like a Beco because we have an Ergo, and our guy is getting heavy for me in the Ergo (he's 10 months and 21 lbs). I commute to work every day with him, on the subway, so the more babywearing options I have the better. I've heard great things from friends about the Beco. And my favorite fabric is the Sara. Thanks!

  74. I am due with baby #3 in 4 weeks. #2 and #3 are only 18 months apart, so this little one will have to be carried everywhere, which I was planning to do anyway. With 3 kids in the house, I'd love to own a Beco because it's way more hands-free than my ring slings. Plus, it's probably more comfortable to wear for extended periods than either of my ring slings.

I don't know what the name of the fabric is because I can't get anything else to load from the sight, but it's the one with the leaves.

  75. I would love to win a Beco because I have a sling and I thought it was ok but with our next baby I would like to try something that would keep her upright (as this is what my first child liked best). I like the Avery or river the best.

  76. Our favorite print is the Abby. I would really like to win this since I can no longer use my current carrier. I worked great for a while then as my little guy got bigger it started cutting off the circulation to his leg. It was a good thing it happened during the summer when he wasn't wearing pants or we might not have noticed his little purple legs. Thanks for the giveaway.

  77. Well.. I own a bEco and it is handsdown my absolute favorite carrier of all time.

I would like to win this carrier to give to a dear friend of mine who juat gave birth to her first child after losing their first pregnancy. Her daughter was recently born without her trachea and had immediate surgery to create a trachea from her esophogus. Frances is recovering well, but still has some pretty intense medical needs. Babycarrying and skin-to-skin contact has been crucial during this recuperation time. She has a Bijorn and has been trying to keep Frances with her in this, but it just isn't "doing the job."

I have been so thankful for my bEco, I would like nothing more than to give her this gift!

  78. I have a similar carrier and LOVE it. This would be for a friend of mine who's fourth beautiful daughter will be undergoing a series of surgeries for her cleft lip and palette. I would like nothing better than to give her a carrier so that Lucy will have all the strength and close support of her Momma.

I love the simplicity of the beco. And the design called "River". Though there are so many beautiful ones!

  79. I just turned 41 and have a 12 year-old and a 15 year old, with no real need for a baby carrier... that was, however, until we recently found out that we are expecting another little boy in March! Of course pretty much all of our baby stuff has long since been sold, given away, or donated and we now find ourselves back at square one as far as researching products and purchasing the items we think we will need. Winning a Beco would be such a blessing and help us cross one more item off of our extensive list. Thanks so much for the opportunity to try and win one. I think I would like the espresso fabric best.

  80. I have a 2yr. old and a 2month old. I am a ring-sling girl mostly but really want to be able to put my newborn on my back so that I can more fully interact with my other little guy. Since having this baby, I really miss being able to engage with my older son and dance with him in music class and all the fun things we used to do together all the time. Most of those things I can do with my babe in the ring-sling, but it would be really wonderful to be able to put him on my back and give my toddler my full attention and presence. I have an Ergo but no infant insert and would LOVE to have a Beco so I can use it now.

So many beautiful fabrics... I love the Sara fabric or Avery!

  83. BECO Butterfly 1.0 Baby Carrier - Sara would be the one I'd most like. I'd like to have it for my nephew and his wife who are expecting their first child. It would be especially useful for them as they live in NYC and have family in Boston, Baltimore and the Adirondacks. Would make it much, much easier to take baby everywhere without dealing with bulky contractions and since one person can slide the child in, so much the better!

  89. Why do I need a beco??? I have three children under the age of 4. 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 fish and a husband. all of whom need love. The baby hangs in a sling.. and my son (26 months old) goes on my back. Having a beco would dramatically increase my ability to chase after the 4 year old and hopefully prevent her from tormenting the dogs who are tormenting the cats who have decided to go fishing.

my favorite print is the carnival Thanks

  90. I love "carrying" my baby around. It think it helps us bond and allows her to see and interact more with the world. My sister just announced that she is pregnant with her first child. I know that she would really love to have one of these because she has seen what is has done for me and my 4 month old. I would love to be able to win one for her. since she chose not to find out the gender of her baby, I would pick the Anaya pattern.

I think that this one would be perfect for everything that we like to do, going to the park, going to the store, shopping!

My favorite print is the Joey print.

  104. I could easily list a million reasons why I want one...but I'd feel slightly guilty winning since I just one a carrier a couple months ago from you guys!
So here's why I NEED one. I NEED one so I can give it to my friend Brittany. I know some of you have followed her blog and know her story. (http://4littlemen.blogspot.com/) Quick rundown: she HAD 4 boys, then got preggo with identical twins. Was on bedrest FOREVER, then got in a car accident at 35 weeks that sent her into labor. She had perfect twin GIRLS (!) but has had a LOT of pain and suffering from the accident. Her husband is out of a job, and they are just being put through THE RINGER right now it seems. She is a HUGE babywearer, but hasn't been able to because of injuries sustained from the accident. BUT...her doctor gave her permission to do so just YESTERDAY! I know that will be a HUGE blessing to her to be able to do.
So...I NEED to win so I can give it to Brittany. I can't think of a person who deserves it more. I have no idea which fabric she'd like...maybe martini since its pink? So pick us!!!

  105. I really love the look of this carrier. I have not tried one but I love the idea of being able to use it front or back. My babies like to be held close and the carriers work the best - but they always hurt my back or hinder me from doing things like bending over and such. Putting the baby on the back would help with my back hurting and would also be better for doing housework.

I really like the Espresso pattern.

  109. I'd love to try a Beco because it's a front AND back carrier! The baby also looks so comfy in it, which makes me feel good about carrying them around. I was fortunate to be able to experience the joy of babywearing with my daughter (Sami, almost 17 months now) and we are due with our second blessing in April!! With 2 under 2 years old, this Beco carrier would be much more convienent than my home-made (can't afford the real deal) moby wraps. 148. I would love one of these! I just had twins and would love to carry one twin in one so I can have my hands free to hold the other twin.

I love the Avery fabric :)

  149. Let me start off by saying I have tried nearly all the carriers out there... My handy trusty stand by has always been my pouch sling. But then I had toddler twins!!! When my girls were younger the pouch slings were great. But as they got older & bigger I find it hard to carry them both at the same time... yet I don't want to pull out the stroller. I have used a framed Kelty carrier which I loved but it was still a lot of work. I would love to try the Beco... I love that you can clip the kiddo in before putting it on.

I LOVE the organic Joey print... but I also like the Allison.

  151. I would love a Beco because while my Moby wrap has been absolutely wonderful, as my little guy gets bigger he's finding the Moby too confining and therefore I can only carry him in it if he's fast asleep. And at 4 1/2 months old, he's so interested in the world around him that he's never into sleeping while we're out and about!

    My favourite print is Morgan!

  156. I would like to win a Beco for my friend because she wants one very much. She's heard a lot of good things about it and can't wait to try it out. I love the Beco Butterfly 2.0 Baby Carrier in the Carnival fabric.

  157. Wow! What a great product. I have been on the look out for a great carrier. This one seems to be the best choice. Hands free is very important, and this can be used on front and back, a huge bonus. I like it because it is adjustable from 7 to 45 pounds. Meaning you will be able to use it for awhile! I love all the prints, but the one that stuck out was the organic Joey! How cute! Thanks for introducing me to this fantastic carrier!

  158. This is truly a magical giveaway for a BABYWEARING MAMA like me! How can I resist? Ever since I tried on a BECO at our monthly BWing meeting, I fell in love with it and so did my ds! It is the most magical experience carrying my beloved so close to my heart, and it also makes it easy to nurse my sweet guy! And, BWing definitely inspires other MAMAS to BW! : )))

I definitely have my eye on Carnival and so does my son! He's giggling as I write this because he know this carrier is in our stars!

Thanks so much for the give~away! : )))

  160. After a garbage truck hit my car (3yrs ago) and threw me across 6 lanes of traffic and into 3 guardrails, I was left with lower back problems and a bulging disk in my neck, amongst other life-long injuries. My son just turned 1yr and is 27lbs - carrying him in my sling causes too much pain at his current weight so I've been researching SSC. The Beco has everything I need and will hopefully distribute his weight so my neck and back will no longer take a daily beating ;)

The Anaya and Abby prints are beautiful!

This is the BEST give-away opportunity I've seen offered and will make one mommy/daddy's day!

  162. I have been wanting/needing a beco for quite some time, however we haven't been able to afford any extras since the downturn of the economy. To help our family I have started selling my cloth diapers.
I am finding it hard though to keep up with orders with a teething 1 year old who wants to be held. I am also a full time college student and have 3 other kids that need tending to . We will be starting homeschool in December. I am a busy busy Mom and a Beco carrier would make my life easier and less stress full. I hope I win!
    I love the AVERY print.

  163. i have 15 month old twins and just found out i have 1 on the way (shhh...not supposed to tell yet, it's early still!)...this would help me carry both of them, which they demand nearly all the time, when my belly gets large and in charge...and when i am too big to bend over and pick them up reliably. i like the avery fabric.

  164. I have a baby who has acid reflux and so he screams ALL THE TIME!!! I feel bad because I know he is in pain. His doctor has recommended that I keep him upright as much as possible to help prevent some of the reflux, and this would be great for that!!! I like the Aubrey fabric.
