Shutterfly :: For all your photo needs!

I love Shutterfly. I have written about it here on simple (HERE) as well as my personal blog (1, 2, 3, 4 & 5).

Yup, I love their stuff. I am always looking for creative ways to keep my photos. Honestly, the first place I look most times I am looking for ideas is Shutterfly.

AND...hello it's Spring Cleaning time. So...DON'T forget about those photos. I know that if I wait to long, my photos get out of hand and I get overwhelmed - then it takes me way too long to decide what to do with them. I do a photo book for each occasion in the girls' life as well as a yearly re-cap for each of them too. Here are some other ideas for you:

Photo Books!

Thank You Cards!
And don't forget, Father's Day Cards! It's not too soon to prepare for this. It will be here before you know it!
What do you do to organize your photos? Do you have any tips for ME??? :) Also, do you have a blog? Sign up for a chance at 50 free cards from Shutterfly.

Follow Shutterfly on Facebook and Twitter to hear about great specials they have going on!

*I like Shutterfly and wanted to share this on my own accord. I am trying to get 50 free birth announcements, but if you are a blogger you can do the same! The opinions expressed are my own.*

tiny prints : mother's day cards!

It's almost Mother's Day, can you believe it?!?!

Beyond a morning off, spa certificates and fun tech toys, what every mom covets and treasures each year are the Mother’s Day cards lovingly created by little hands.

Remember making those cards with glue, glitter and macaroni that never, ever wanted to stay on the paper? We at Tiny Prints remember those days fondly and we want to bring them back for you too. After all, the best Mother’s Day cards are still the ones you make!

Check out this short video Tiny Prints has created in honor of Mother's Day. It's super cute and makes me smile because it makes me thing of my kids. Watch it to the end to hear about a deal they have going on now! The free cards are close to running out, but they have very inexpensive, personalized cards you can still get your hands on.

*I wasn't provided anything in order to post this , but stay tuned as I will be posting a review on Tiny Prints' business cards!*

Reusable Snowflakes!

A past company I reviewed for called Harmony Lantern had up on their facebook wall some pictures of a new product they are selling on their shop.

They are reusable snowflakes!

It immediately caught my eye which, led to them sending me some to sample.

They are beautiful and so fun. They are called Mino Washi snowflakes.

With an already "snowflake" theme in my mind for this years Christmas accent in our home... we had dozens of paper snowflakes already cut out... I knew that this would make the perfect addition to the home this Christmas.

With a spritz of water, these snowflakes stick to your windows and stay. They are made in japan, hand crafted and unique... and the best part, they are reusable! Each year you can take them back down just as easily as you put them up, store them, and put them back up every year.

GET YOUR OWN
: With a variety of sizes and shapes, all with names :-) - you can purchase your very own reusable snowflakes over at Harmony Lantern.

A SIMPLE COUPON: You can use the coupon code "HOSSA" - and save by getting FREE SHIPPING on your orders! This also can be used towards the beautiful harmony lanterns as well (we own two and love them!)

-below- a video showing how rice paper is made... I found it really interesting to watch and thought it be nice to include in this review:

When you think of all the hard work that goes into making the paper... $12 doesn't seem like so much for a wonderful keepsake that can be reusable over and over.

Harmony Lantern sent me a few snowflakes to showcase and review on SIMPLE.
