Taken from there site:

"No Contracts. No Activation Fees. No Early Termination Fee.
We understand what it's like to have kids. One minute they want one thing, the next they want the opposite. That's why we don't require a contract. Buy it, use it, and if you want to cancel it, do so at any time, without any penalties.

Easy Parental Controls
We understand kids which is why our parental controls are totally flexible. Good grades one week? Add to the allowance. Late for curfew? Restrict the times she can use the phone. Our parental controls allow you to set up allowances, decide who she can call and text, and when.
kajeet
GPS Phone Locator
We understand parents too. One of the reasons you get your kid a phone is for security. With this added feature, you can find your kid's phone any time. You can also set up scheduled locates to check in on a regular basis."

  9. What an awesome phone service. My son goes and visits his Dad in the summers and we always get him a phone while he was up there.

I love that they have refuferbished phones and that some phones come with $5 of starter airtime for new accounts. Which I think is great.

I also love the GPS feature. I never know where my son is going to be with his Dad and now I will know!! Very nice!!

I really hope I will win, I NEED one of these!!

  72. I have been wanting a Kajeet ever since I first learned about them and the services and features that they offer. There are so many features that would be so useful for our family. One is that you can access your kajeet service anywhere on the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network, reaching more than 250 million people. That's is very huge and we have family spread out all over the country so this makes it invaluable to us! I also love the feature that allows you to create separate allowances to decide who pays for what, you or your kid with WalletManager. That is amazing! Thank you so much for the opportunity to enter.

  124. Please do not enter me into the drawing because I already have all the phones that I need!!!

I just happened across this blog and I had to let all of those who are considering using Kajeet services about my experience.

My three sons and I all have kajeet phones! No contracts, no gimmicks... you can set time restrictions and caller restrictions and even control which calls come from whose wallet! All of these functions are FREE and very easy to set up! You can go from month to month where you log in each time and buy the call/ text pack you want OR you can set them up automatically, if you like that better. You can let the service slide during financial struggles and start it back up during the good times. Kajeet is by far the best thing for those families who do not need endless minutes but whose kids like to text alot.

The only thing that could make it better is rollover minutes but at this nice low price, it would bankrupt them.

    Just awesome for us!!!!!
