Friday's Child

I recently discovered Friday's Child and absolutely love all that they have to offer. They have unique clothing selections as well as toys that inspire imagination. Both of these are huge pluses in my book. I get so tired of walking into a school event and seeing three quarters of the kids sporting Old Navy or Gap across their chest. Every now and then it's good to see something different. And don't even get me started on my love of educational toys. I love things that help kdis think, and learn, and problem solve. Friday's Child fills my love for both clothing and toys. They're awesome.

The toys that Friday's Child offers is the best collection of fun that I've seen in a long time. (Sorry, Toys R Us, that includes you, too.) Rody Pony is a great start for any kid, and I can attest to the fun because we had one. All our kids bounced the life out of Rody, and yet he held up enough to pass onto another family when we were finished. Awesome.

The Automoblox look like fun just waiting to happen, and are way more cool than Hot Wheels.

And Friday's Child carries the Melissa & Doug line of toys, which is fabulous. One of my new favorites in that line is the cookie baking set.

The clothing lines that Friday's Child offers are sure to be eye catching wherever you go. They have for both boys and girls, and something for any occasion. You'll be sure to find a few things that you'll simply fall in love with.

BUY YOUR OWN: Friday's Child is both an online store and a brick and mortar variety. If you're in the Sanibel, Florida area be sure to stop in. For those who simply can't make the trek to the far South, they can be found at TGIFChild.com

WIN YOUR OWN: Friday's Child does a fun $25 gift card drawing once per month, and they've generously chosen to do a drawing just for our readers. You can enter one of two ways: one is to comment here on what you love at their store. You'll need to go visit first to see what all they have to offer. The second way to enter is to mention that you heard about Friday's Child through our blog, Simple on the gift card entry form at their website. Good luck!

The winner will be announced Wednesday, June 17.

  2. I love the clothes, but the toys really have me hooked. My son and I love playing together. :) I love all the food sets - fruits, veggies, pizza, cookies, but my favorite (and what I would *have* to get) is the Pretend Play "Grill Set" so my boy could grill just like Daddy. :)

A small suggestion for their site. Because the clothes are in limited sizes, it would be great if one could search by size.
