Don't forget your Blink!!

We recently took a trip to Disney and while we were in the planning stages we were trying to figure out what stroller we would bring. From everyone that we talked to, we heard a stroller was an absolute necessity to accompany our 3.5 year old. The problem was we didn’t want a huge bulky stroller, but we also didn’t want a simple, cheap umbrella stroller that we weren’t sure would make it through the trip with all the walking we would be doing. One more requirement we had was the stroller needed a storage area…and most umbrella strollers do not have this feature. In July 2009, Britax came out with their new “Blink” Stroller and we were given one to try out for free for our trip. Let me tell you, we absolutely LOVED it!! It was more than we could have hoped for!

This stroller was perfect for our trip but we have certainly used it a lot just around town as we are running errands since we have been back. It is lightweight and VERY simple to fold up and put in the back of our vehicle. Another nice feature it has is a travel bag that the stroller can be put into. We used this bag as we were traveling through airports on our trip. This kept us hand free so we were able to carry other bags, do a little shopping as well as tend to our child.

Britax thought of a lot with this stroller because another thing that was awfully handy was a pouch on the rear of the stroller. We kept items that would normally go into my purse back there. It comes with a 5-point harness for buckling, a simple brake on the back of the stroller, a canopy and a reclining seat. The canopy was great for the sunny Florida days and the recline was wonderful for the end of the long days at Disney. Our daughter would get all comfy in the stroller and take a little cat nap due to the recline. LOVE this stroller!
