A Perfect Fit for Maternity

As I approached the last half of my pregnancy the need for comfortable and stylish maternity pants became a BIG need!! While some can shop at any store for maternity pants.... my short-self can not!! It was soo frustrating to go from shop to shop trying on their smalls only to feel like I was pulling on a balloon!!

Finally I made my way into a Motherhood.... I was immediately greeted by an associate who lead me to the petite section and I was sooo excited!! Every pair of pants I tried on that was a petite FIT and fit well, everywhere!! I was amazed! I decided to try on a regular small (it was on the clearance rack and oh, so cute).... balloon pants once again... too long and too much extra fabric in the hips. I purchsed the PERFECT black pants... no hemming needed (which is rare in my world)!

At home I started to browse Motherhood online and was soo excited at all the different pants offered online... petites, longs and plus sized!! After contacting Motherhood in excitement, they allowed me to review a pair of American Star 5 pocket Straight Leg jeans in petite (a style that my Motherhood didn't carry)!

PERFECT fit:) I LOVE how comfortable they are. I do like the Secret Fit Belly (panel) that covers most of my baby belly. It's not tight at all but still offers the support and doesn't feel like my pants are going to fall off all the time. And the Secret Fit Belly is very breatheable and seems like it would fold down for that post-preggo time as well.
