grobag :: keen distribution {giveaway}

I was first introduced to The Gro Company when I heard about the Grobag. I think this little grobag is perfect! I love the idea of these grobags because babies aren't supposed to be with blankets. Here is a very safe alternative! Here is a little bit about the Grobag:
  • Safe alternative to top sheets and blankets
  • Safe: Grobag is FSID's (The UK's leading crib death research charity) only recommended baby sleep bag.
  • Pioneering: Over 3.2 million Grobags sold worldwide — Gro has changed the way parents put their babies to bed!
  • Fantastic Quality: Premium fabrics, innovative features and long–lasting, it's no surprise Grobag is Mom's favorite sleep bag.

Now this was copied directly from the site because I thought it was great information. So, keep reading to learn about why Grobags are different:
  • Award Winning - Winner of the Mother & Baby Gold Award for Best Nursery Item for the third year in a row (2004/5, 2005/6, 2006/7). Other awards include Kids Superbrand in 2006, Tommy's Parent Friendly award in 2005, and a 'Top Gear' accolade by FQ Dads Magazine.
  • Safety - Grobag® is FSID's (a leading UK baby charity promoting safe sleep) recommended baby sleeping bag specialist.
  • Free nursery thermometer - Every grobag® baby sleeping bag comes with a free room thermometer, to help you select which tog grobag® baby sleeping bag to use and what sleepwear to put your baby in.
  • Innovation - Innovation is always a focus with grobag®. For example, grobag® invented the toddler-proof zip-click feature, to stop adventurous little ones from opening the zipper. New designs are added to the line each season, in styles to suit every taste and in a range of different fabrics.
  • Safety - With grobag® you get added peace of mind, because safety and comfort is at the heart of everything we do, and all our sleeping bags meet all British Standards and safety guidelines of the FSID. This means a better night's sleep for your baby and for the rest of the family!
  • Advice - Each grobag® baby sleeping bag comes with information and advice to ensure that the sleeping bags are used correctly and safely.
  • Range of Togs - Grobag® baby sleeping bags come in a range of togs (European warmth rating) to ensure that you can select the one that is right for each season or for different room temperatures.
  • Range of Sizes - Research has been done to ensure that each size grobag® baby sleeping bag fits properly - big enough so that air can circulate and baby does not overheat - small enough to ensure that baby does not slip down inside. Our 0-6 month size is suitable to be used from 7lbs.
  • Comfort - All grobag® baby sleeping bags have cotton lining, which is gentle on your baby's skin.
If you have more questions as to why the Grobag is a great idea, click HERE and you will be redirected over to the FAQ section...great info there as well!

  11. While swaddling is great for a little while, it's the GroBag that looks best for longterm versatility. Not only the reduced risks of SIDS is a huge factor, but even just the idea that baby can't kick off blankets! It's so helpful. And the material patterns are great.
