Alright so I am not much of a tea drinker but when I recieved this and it was the Calm.....I thought to myself, This could be good for a night time tea to calm me after a hard day. I tried it and loved it. Very smooth and fresh taste.Tazo tea is a delicate blend of chamomile blossoms and other soothing herbs, Tazo® Calm™ is made with Egyptian chamomile blossoms blended with fragrant lemon balm leaf from Eastern Europe.
