I am a very big sweets person, I love them and I admit that. So when I came across kerricakes on etsy....I thought I was in heaven.
Pictured to the right is her Almond Buttercrunch Toffee, and oh how divine it is.
When I recieved this package in the mail was shocked at how much 1lb. was. There was alot in there...and I was excited about that. I couldn't wait to dive into it. Of course, I got it just before dinner and was dying to try a piece...so I did. Oh man that was a mistake....I was totally in love with it. The toffee has a rich buttery flavor then topped with delicious semi-sweet chocolate, and topped with chopped almonds.
How could you not want to try this amazing dessert. My husband and I decided we were going to try something different with it. We bought some french vanilla ice cream and then chopped up the toffee into little pieces and put it on top of the ice cream. Oh was that ever good.
I think this would be a great gift for anyone this holiday season. She also has many other fabulous baked goods for sale.
