About 2 years ago my sister introduced me to my now favorite restaurant, Marie Catribs. She was so excited about this new restaurant she had found with all these tasty vegetarian options. I am a meat eater and my sister is not, so to say I was a little leery of her new 'find' was an understatement. I have since been converted (to the restaurant, I'm still a meat eater) and even enjoy some of the vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options they offer. It's that good. Seriously.
Anyway, I cannot describe my delight when I found out that Marie Catribs was now offering some of their goodies online!!! You can learn more about the fun story of Marie, the owner and brain extraordinaire behind many of the delicious smells and tastes to be found at her eclectic eatery, here.Over half of her online "Goodies" are vegan and/or gluten-free, made from scratch and full of flavor. Her Carrot Cake is the best I've ever had (I'm not exaggerating) and I'm pretty sure that my mom buys a new bag of Marie's Gourmet Granola every time we are there.
