Sarris Candies - It's what's for Valentines Day.

As long as I can remember, during the second weekend in February, I've always hoped and prayed that one of those big, fancy, assorted chocolate collections would find it's way to me.

I didn't want flowers, and you could keep your perfume. But for all that is good and sweet in this world, hand over the chocolate box.

Oh how I love chocolate. And I love good, quality, high grade chocolate.

This past week I've been shoving my face full of Sarris Candies. Sarris is classified in my book as "good chocolate". Quality chocolate. We told you about them just a few months ago, when we were in full holiday mode.



Aside from the 8oz assorted box I've totally devoured in the past few days, I've also come to love their dutch processed cocoa and bloc chocolate for baking cookies and sipping hot chocolate. It's true, chocolate cake does taste better when high quality dutch cocoa is used.

So who has a sweet tooth? Am I the only one?
