When I was asked to try the skout Trailbars I will be honest I was a little hesitant because I wasn't sure what they would taste like.  I decided to try them and so excited that I did because the taste is fabulous.  They are a type of granola bar I would say.  I was also happy about the fact that the ingredients were all known edible products I knew.... This is the ingredients in the Apple + Cinnamon (MY FAV) trailbar :: INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC DATES, WHOLE GRAIN ORGANIC OATS, ORGANIC DRIED APPLES, ORGANIC ALMONDS, ORGANIC APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE, ORGANIC EXPELLER PRESSED SUNFLOWER OIL, ORGANIC CINNAMON, SEA SALT. CONTAINS ALMONDS.  YES!! We all know these ingredients!!

My son loved the Blueberry + Almond trailbar.  Great snack for him and healthy!
