Walk 4 Life Review and Giveaway!!!!

Often when I talk about the need to exercise I hear from others, "You have three young children, you're getting PLENTY of exercise throughout the day." Granted I do stay BUSY with kids.... I still am not getting enough exercise!

Enter an W4L Elite Pedometer from Walk4Life!! My 1st day wearing it I was ashamed that I barely walked 5,000 steps (like almost 2 miles) in ONE day.... Very EYE OPENING!!!

While the Elite pedometer doesn't exercise for you, it does soo much that helps you KNOW how active you've been throughout the day. The Elite model has 5 Functions: Step Counter, Activity Timer, Measures the Distance Walked, Calculates the Calories Burned, and Clock! Besides KNOWing your activity each day, wearing the Elite pedometer also encourages you to daily walk more steps to "beat" the previous days steps:)

Walk4Life is an awesome pedometer company that WANTS to get you active by encouraging the BEST and EASIEST exercise: WALKING!!! Walk4Life is also committed to being green! Besides each pedometer having a battery conservation mode, Walk4Life also trades any old pedometers for a $5 discount toward a new Walk4Life pedometer:)

Buy It!! You can purchase a high-quality pedometer like the W4L Elite model from Walk4Life. Right now Walk4Life is offering the SIMPLE readers a 15% discount from any online orders from now until July 3rd using the code SBS15.... perfect for getting ready for summer!!

  152. Staying healthy and fit is a way of life for me, my husband and we try and instill this in our 3 children by setting a great example as role models. We have 2 very feisty active dogs and I walk them at least 3 times a day. They constantly challenge me to put a few extra steps in my day by always wanting to walk farther and longer, rain, snow, or cold, no matter what the weather is like! I also run at least 4 days a week and I am constantly challenging myself by always trying to kick my running routine up a notch by putting in extra steps that can be measure in feet more than steps. I try and run at least 3-4 miles each run. I don't own a pedometer of any kind so this prize package is so appealing to me and I would love to bring other members of our 5 member household on board too! Thank you for the opportunity to enter.
