Staying healthy and fit is a way of life for me, my husband and we try and instill this in our 3 children by setting a great example as role models. We have 2 very feisty active dogs and I walk them at least 3 times a day. They constantly challenge me to put a few extra steps in my day by always wanting to walk farther and longer, rain, snow, or cold, no matter what the weather is like! I also run at least 4 days a week and I am constantly challenging myself by always trying to kick my running routine up a notch by putting in extra steps that can be measure in feet more than steps. I try and run at least 3-4 miles each run. I don't own a pedometer of any kind so this prize package is so appealing to me and I would love to bring other members of our 5 member household on board too! Thank you for the opportunity to enter.
ReplyDeletejoannaonthelake@gmail.com
I've been leaving my laundry basket at the bottem of the stairs and carrying up the articles of clothing one by one. I would love to win this so I could share one with my husband, and one with my 70 year old neighbor. Staying home with 2 preschoolers is exhausting mentally, but a lot less physical then you would expect. I lost 10 pounds in 2008, and I really need to get myself in gear, so I can lose those last 20 in 2009.
