You may remember back on the first of January (O9) Drea did a review of Home Studio pendant and pocket mirrors? Well, now they make magnet sets too! So we at SIMPLE have decided to review them again....especially since they have their SINGLE store of everything in a one stop shop!

Home Studio is a collective passion for a husband and wife team. They started making their fabulous jewelery in May of 2008. Their pieces are unique in that they are made from Scrabble tiles. That's right, those little wooden pieces that have been around forever. Home Studio takes these tiles and recycles them into works of art, into some great looking jewelery! Their design choices seem endless; all kinds of pictures, animals, colors and words. On top of the graphic image, a smooth finish is applied to every one. There are literally hundreds to choose from in many different categories including Flowers & Plants, Birds & Animals, Words & Symbols, Patterns, Cool, Quirky & Miscellaneous and Holiday Designs. They also offer magnets and mirrors in the same pattern choices...so you can oooooogle for hours! I was given the chance to check these out for my review so I oogled (made up word basically meaning that I drooled on my keyboard board for eva till I could pick and choose my favorite few)

The mirrors are a perfect size to fit in any purse or bag. Why have a plain mirror when you can have a custom designed one to go with your other accessories? I seriously COULD NOT decide which mirrors I liked the best so I ended up letting the kids decide. :o) It was all for the best. Mason and Terri use them as much as I do. Mason likes to check his teeth and hair before school and Terri very much enjoys making funny faces at herself during church, in "her" mirror. tee hee

The magnets are awesome. [I ADORE the sleek silver bag they come all come in!!] They really do LOOK deceiving. (they're NOT) They can hold several pieces of paper at one time. Not like the weak magnets that fall off when you close the fridge. They're even great in the kids dry erase board that BARELY holds magnets...but it HOLDS THESE!!! They actually are very strong, perfect for holding all that school artwork.

My ONLY disappointment. Is that I have yet to order/receive my lucky clover, lil leaper, and Terris Fab Feline (pink) .....but YOU can....

GET YOUR OWN: As a necklace LOVER I highly suggest visiting Home Studios and picking up a few of their unique necklaces as well as their gorgeous mirrors and magnets. These make GREAT gifts! I know my daughter will be getting two for her up and coming 3rd birthday.
