Rockabye Baby!

Ever wish there was music that was soothing for your baby, but fun still fun for you? Well then it's about time you were introduced to Rockabye Baby!  Rockabye Baby! music CDs are "lullaby renditions of baby's favorite rock bands."  Yep, rock bands.  The Cure, Journey, Coldplay, AC/DC, and even Kayne West just to name a few.

We are Elvis fans here.  When we were planning our wedding my husband made a valiant attempt to convince me that we needed to be married by an Elvis impersonator or at least get our pastor to wear an Elvis costume.  While I vetoed any Elvis attire at our wedding, we did exit the church to Elvis Presley's "Rock-A-Hula Baby." :)

You can now imagine our delight when we first listened to the Rockabye Baby! lullaby renditions of elvis presley CD!  I will admit that the kids like it too, but us grown ups have really gotten the most enjoyment out of listening to the lullabies.

I enjoy turning it on when I'm working at the computer, driving in the car with the girls, or just need a break from all the other kid CDs we have (you're a mom, you know what I'm talking about).  Every time we hear "All Shook Up" my three year old exclaims, "It's the (Lilo &) Stitch song with no words!"
