Healthful, comfortable sleep. We all want it, right? As moms, we tend to not get as much as we desire. When I lay my head down on my pillow, I want to get the best quality sleep I can...until someone wakes me up to go potty, blow their nose, etc!


I have recently had the opportunity to try out a Shredded Latex Pillow from Savvy Rest. While researching mattresses and pillows, I discovered the benefits of all natural, organic latex. Where does organic latex even come from, you may ask? It is harvested from the rubber tree's sap. Savvy Rest obtains theirs from a farm in southern India whose rubber trees are certified organic according to USDA standards. Toxic chemicals are widely used in the mattress and pillow industry today. So basically you can be exposed to whatever off-gassing chemicals or residues while sleeping. Um, I'm pretty sure I don't need anything else getting in the way of my healthy sleep!


When I lay my head on my Savvy Rest Shredded Latex Pillow, I am not just comfortable and supported. I have confidence that I'm not breathing in harmful chemicals. I took a little bit of the stuffing out to make it just right, and I have been happily sleeping...well, up until I have to pee. I'm 7 months pregnant, remember?
